Hi. How to get the list of online agents that are currently in Livechat

Tested in Rocket.Chat 3.12:

  1. Click on your user-icon.
  2. Click on “Omnichannel” (you have to be an omnichannel manager)
  3. Click on “Agents”

you get a list of agents and their availability status.
