I don’t believe there is one specifically for livechat rooms.

We don’t (yet) have a specific endpoint to get Livechat rooms. You can check the list of currently supported Livechat REST endpoints by clicking on the following link: https://rocket.chat/docs/developer-guides/rest-api/livechat/
I would suggest you to open an issue on github requesting this feature. What do you think?
