Using the LiveChat API or otherwise… is there a way to get details as to if LiveChat is currently Online or Offline?
There must be some sort of way as you can define the chat icon colour in LiveChat -> Appearance, however, I seem to be missing what changes. The only difference I can note is that a color is passed to screen__NdTyH element.
Can anybody advise? Thanks ahead.
