I have created a department and added one bot and a human agent to it.
My requirement is to transfer any requests/conv. which can not be handle by the bot to the human agent .
Is it possible to do ?
bot =rasa bot

I have been working on a DialogFlow Human Handoff with rocket Chat.
I’ve been able to transfer for Bot to Agent using departments. But I am struggling to transfer back to Bot from Agent…
