Moving chat to humen agent from chat bot

scenario:
i have department ‘abc’ and there is bot associated with that department now i want handover that chat to human agent inside that department only… in short i want move that chat back to queue and whoever ‘human’ is free will take that chat…

problem:

above api won’t allow me to transfer chat in same department
and second problem is i have this bot associated to other department also so even if i transfer to other department it is getting assigned to bot only as i changed routing to be taken by. bot only initially
