Conecté RocketChat con TWilio con el proposito de recibir y enviar mensajes a WhatsApp.
Cuando envío un mensaje desde WhatsApp, es recibido por RocketChat, pero cuando escribo una respuesta, esta no llega a TWilio y menos al WhatsApp que originó el mensaje.
Me pueden orientar o contactar con algún especialista que pueda ayudarme.
I have the same issue expressed here in Spanish. RocketChat receives WhatsApp messages, but won’t send them. In my car I’ve been able to determine the issue has something to do with RocketChat receiving the message from the “live” WhatsApp number but then attempting to respond using the “Sandbox” WhatsApp number. Any ideas how this can be fixed?
