RocketChat 6.11.1 prunes messages to the previous month

Description

My original setting was to delete messages from 3 years ago, but today some users reported that they only saw messages from the previous month. What happened?

I don’t know what happened. I have installed and updated through snap for many years. Recently, this error occurred two days after upgrading to 6.11.1. Fortunately, I usually have a backup of the entire system, but I don’t know why this happens.

I would like to ask one more thing, how do I integrate the mongodb data of two rocketchat servers? I restored the normal version from August 20th, and the original problematic server had data from August 21st to August 23rd. How do I import the data from August 21st to August 23rd to a normal host?

It would take a huge amount of work.

Not that I know of I’m afraid.

Merging DBs is very difficult.
