I have this problem when quote a message in a private or room chat, is there a way to solve or can I be able to disable this new feature?

After two or three new releases the problem disappeared…
Release 3.7.0
Just made upgrade on 3.7.0 - have not helped.
But after I made
Embed Link Previews
cache Clear
(here /admin/Message)
and now it’s working correct. So not sure what was the reason.
