Quoting other type files

Description

As some user add file to his message (img, video) other user can qoute his message and in answer we can see the original file. But when first user add some other type of files for example .txt second user when we quote for his message the original message not showing up

Before you do anything else, upgrade to a supported version, not a development one - unless you really are developing in which case do it on the latest code.

Minimum 3.17.2 and better to test on 3.18.x
