We have several workspaces that use offline messaging. We’ve run into an issue with getting these to send in one of our workspaces. We have them set up the same across our workspaces and are perplexed as to why it works in some and not others. When navigating to the widget outside of business hours, the offline message form appears, once the visitor completes the form and selects send, a solid red bar displays at the top of the form and the message does not send.
Would appreciate any insight here on how we can get this fixed.
