No bell when i receive a PM if i'am not on homepage

Hi !

I’am having an issue with notifications bell while receiving PM.

If i’am on the homepage of rocketchat, i can see the bell with (1) but if i’am on a channel there is no bell. Is it a bug or a feature ?

DB Replicaset Oplog:

What client are you using? Which OS?

OS : Debian 4.19
Client : JS + iframe (not electron)
