I’m trying to integrate my MessageBird WhatsApp channel with Rocket.chat as I think the MessageBird inbox portal is lacking important features as searching messages, quick-action commands, contacts search,…
Has anybody tried to do such integration? Is that even possible? Any connector as the one you have for Twilio?

We have this service in with a simple bot integration in Rocket.Chat
https://rgwit.be/en/products/rocketchat/ it takes up 7 min to set up your existing number
It even allows you to open new chats, not like the API offered by Facebook where you can only receive new customers, and cheaper and easier than Twilio
