Description
When testing the Livechat widget as a customer, I notice that if the chat is idle for a few minutes, it eventually displays a message in the widget, “Livechat is not connected”. At that point, if the customer types a message in the widget, the agent still receives the message. However, if the agent replies, the customer will not see the reply until after he manually refreshes the page. This is bad, because from the customer’s perspective, it would seem as though the agent is ignoring his messages.
