Livechat is not connected

Description

Hello,
In livechat widget on web page few times a day there is an error: Livechat is not connected. RocketChat works normal when I see this error. How can I debug this? There is no errors in snap and nginx logs about this.

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.02
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Yes
  • NodeJS Version: v8.11.4
  • MongoDB Version: 3.4.20
  • Proxy: nginx
  • Firewalls involved:

Any additional Information

RocketChat and nginx restart not help for this.

I can understand your concern.

Fortunately, things has changed!

We now have a community team that addresses questions, issues and fast track PR that are brought by the community.
