Image Load Issue in App as well as in Browser

We are facing “image load” related issue in our Rocket chat Server which is hosted on Digital Ocean Cloud. Please find detail of our issue below.

Issue Detail

  1. When i config Rocket chat server through Domain Name then Image Load is working fine. (In app as well as in browser)

  2. When i config Rocket chat server through IP then Image Load is not working. (In app as well as in browser)

  1. Also Same behaviour in Mobile.

Earlier It was running fine but after changing domain name in “CaddyFile”, we are facing this above issue. And sometime this above behaviour is totally reverse.

Please do needful in above issue.

hi!

Can you confirm the ROOT_URL (Admin > General > Site Url ) is the same of the actual domain you are running Rocket.Chat into?

This usually happens when the server has it wrongfully configured, so it will deliver the image with the wrong domain, and the client will not be able to get the image/uploaded file.
