I can’t identify which authenticator is sending me codes for login.

Pretty simple. I activated two-factor authentication on rocket.net . I thought that Rocket.chat was a group related providing support to rocket.net but I think I understand that the two are unrelated.

When I did so, an authenticator activated on my phone to give me an OTC (one-time code), but I don’t know which authentication application. When I go to sign in to my account, I need to enter a new OTC, but I don’t know where to get that, since I don’t know which authentication application it is using.

They may use Rocket.Chat for their customer support but you need to contact them directly for assistance.
