Two Factor Authentication failed due to not receiving email

<Hello, I’m a regular user of rocketchat and had been suddenly logged out of my laptop randomly. I have tried logging back in but it asks for a two factor authentication that has been sent to my email. However, no email was received even after trying a few more times. Another fact, it’s been a while since I have received an email notification from rocketchat when someone messages me. My email is correct. I’m not sure what to do with information below as I’m just a regular laptop user. Please help. Thank you so much! →

On both cases, you will need to contact the admin of those server, as they seems to be facing some issue while sending emails or a bug.
