Cannot login when enable " Two-factor authentication"

Description

Hi,
When I enable " Two-factor authentication" in my account, I cannot login with username/ password, because form login only have 2 fields: username/ email & password , not have the second factor authentication field as:TOTP or OTP code (sent by email) .
Please show me how to fix the problem.
