the server where it is deployed has a subdomain and https certificate for which when I put the domain of my server in the app I have the following problem

"Oops java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException"

How can we make it so that a user is served by an agent, that is, there is a client portfolio management assignment of conversations to specific agents.

Hi!

Regarding the first issue, it’s probably a SSL issue.
Try using am online SSL Checker and matching it with our open.rocket.chat server

For the second one, it’s the Contact Manager Feature, that is available with our Enterprise license.
