Olá,

Para o WhatsApp há a opção do 360 Dialog Whatsapp Business API, já para o Whatsapp Business (via QR Code) não está claro quais são as alternativas.

Encontrei algumas opções utilizando a biblioteca Venom, construída sobre o projeto Puppeteer mas gostaria de saber, quais são as melhores alternativas para conectar o Whatsapp não oficial como um canal omnichannel ao Rocket.Chat?

While using Whatsapp Unnoficial API, bear in mind of the risks, like being banned and loosing your number on that platform.
