Unable to connect internal server of Rocket chat when using VPN

Description

Below is the step and issue that I’m facing with:

  1. Do not connect VPN yet
  2. Run Rocket chat with internal connection (I’m using an internal server, only connection for the people from my company with an URL provided)
    => Rocket chat run successful and connect without any error
  3. Connect Cisco Anyconnect VPN
    => Rocket chat is time out and could not connect
