Hi everyone,
I just installed Rocketchat as a snap on an Ubuntu Server VPS. When I try to reach it through my browser with the IP address of the server + port (like http://10.20.30.40:3000), Rocketchat is not responding.
In SSH, I see Rocketchat is up and running and I can ping the server IP.
Do you have any solutions ?
