Hello, I installed my own rocketchat server How To Install Rocket.Chat on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS - idroot and I can’t connect to it. don’t know where the mistake is?

I’m afraid I can’t really help you with their method - there are just too many unknowns. I just don’t know where it has gone wrong for you.

You probably need to go back, set up a new and completely clean server, and follow our guide one step at a time.
