Unable to change avatar

Description

I am trying to change my profile pic for my avatar. I go to my account, selected the picture and clicked save changes. It ask me for the password. I put in the password and it says invalid two-factor code. I have asked other users in the company and they said they don’t have to put in a password. It should just save. I’m sorry but I don’t have access to the below information.

Can you check if your user has TOTP enabled?

Your Avatar (Top Left) > Security

I checked. The TOTP is not enabled.

Ok. Do you know how to check for logs error in your browser?

You will want to try to change the avatar with the console/developer tools open, and also inspect the network tab. This is something we are looking for:

That’s really some strange issue, also considering that this will only happen with you.

We are working on it. I am working with our IT department.
