Does anybody have a good open source solution for dealing with support tickets? Like a helpdesk/zendesk kind of product. There are some crossovers with RocketChat, but I don’t see RC completely replacing the need for HelpDesk/support ticket software. I’d be interested to hear other opinions and see what solutions other people have implemented.
Not open source, but best you can get - JIRA Service Desk’s 3 Agent License costs $10. Well worth it.
