I have a Self Managed / Registered rocket.chat instance. We recently completed our 30 day trial of the enterprise subscription and would like to enable enterprise long term. I have submitted the form to sales multiple times over the last week but never received a response. We currently have this instance of rocket.chat active and need the enterprise subscription.
