I want to route the new messages always to live agents, when the live agent disconnect from the platform (goes offline) the client receive there is no live agents online right now, is there any possible way to make the agents always online???, so the messages that the client send when they are offline keep coming and route to the live agents that are offline so when they connect they see they have new messages?
