Bot agent - live chat session connect

Dears,

I have configured the bot agent to connecting the live chat session.

Scenario I need, firstly live chat session should be connected with bot agent and then
Bot agent will transfer the chat session to the real agent.
But always, chat session starts after connect to the live agents, not to the bot agent,

I have selected the option that is available under routine “Assign new conversations to bot agent”.

Kindly need help

Hi there! What I do is to create a Department with only the bot as agent, and make sure the bot is always online.

On your scenario, check to see if the bot is with the presence ONLINE, otherwise, the system might bypass it. There is another option that may be affecting this behavior: Livechat_accept_chats_with_no_agents
