Sales Marketing E-Mail Spam

In recent weeks we have been spammed by an email marketing bot from Rocket.Chat.
We have been receiving emails regarding the Enterprise programme at a frequency of about two or three days. We cannot unsubscribe from an email list, nor does the account respond to emails asking us to stop.

This is not a goal-oriented practice, but rather counterproductive.

Any Update on this?
We are still receiving Mails from “Luis” almost every working day and it is getting very annoying.

I don’t think this is the right way to generate more sales.
