Anybody knows sales contact email? Coz i`ve no received reply from Sales department from website request form.
Thank you
Hi! Already forwarded your contact to our sales team. Sorry for the late response
I’m running into the same thing. I’ve submitted the form multiple times… Can you please have sales reach out to me. Thanks
Same here, multiple form submissions over the course of several weeks. I’ve received a confirmation email that my request was submitted but haven’t heard anything
What is your sales query?
I’d like to deploy/manage RocketChat instances for multiple customers. I’m able to deploy the free version no problem, but I of course there is no way to manage multiple different instances from my same email, which leaves me essentially re-creating differently-named workspaces associated with my email over and over.
This seems like more of a partner/reseller arrangement. I also filled out the form to chat with someone about that but haven’t heard anything.
I’m also interested in white-label options, but again not sure how to actually purchase a “pro” license without hearing from sales
You may want to speak about partnerships but they probably aren’t going to be interested in supporting CE.
What are you referring to by “CE”, and is there a typical turnaround time to hear back from sales? It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve reached out.
A tangential topic, but wanting to clarify if there is a way to manage multiple workspaces, or is it just a direct 1:1 mapping of email:workspace? That is my primary use case at the moment
You probably ought to spend a lot of time reading ALL the docs to understand how Rocket works. Particularly look at licencing versions, costs etc.
It’s 1:1 unless you talk to them about partnerships, but they are unlikely to give you much time unless you are bringing a lot of paying customers with you.
They are not going to be interested in supporting you supporting a pile of ‘free’ Community/Starter versions. Essentially no value in it.
If you are proposing bringing in a pile of Enterprise customers then they are likely to listen.
Remember, Rocket.Chat code is open source, but that is not the same as Rocket.Chat being free.
(don’t shoot the messenger - I don’t work for Rocket but do know a but about what happens internally)
