Rocket chat server can't start (problem with cloud.rocket.chat )

Description

Rocket chat server can’t start.
I’m not the only one impacted, the open workplace chat is filled with people who have the same issue.
It seems that can be fixed with a “iptables -I OUTPUT -d 51.81.11.138/24 -j REJECT” but then we loose the ability to make push notifications.

Adding that rule to iptables didn’t help in my case, for some reason.

Changes have been made and we are investigating why it suddenly stopped even though other areas of the same infrastructure were working just fine. Everything should be working fine as of right now.
