Can't start Rocket.Chat Service

Description

Hello, we are trying to setup a Rocket.Chat on-premise server.
We installed the server as described in the official manual.
After starting the Rocket.Chat service and check the status I get following error message:

The main.js file has this content:

Does anybody have a idea whats wrong?
Maybe something missing in the main.js file?

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.6.3
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Deployment Method: tar
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog:
  • NodeJS Version: v10.19.0
  • MongoDB Version: db version V5.0.8
  • Firewalls involved: No

Hi!

Please, avoid using tar deployment unless you have a good reason to do so.

We strongly recommend using Docker or K8s https://docs.rocket.chat/quick-start/installing-and-updating/rapid-deployment-methods/docker-and-docker-compose
