Description
Push notifications to mobile not working. They used to work.
I tried disabling Push, restarting all pods, re-enabling Push, restarting all pods. Started app on mobile, then switched off of it, made sure Notifications are enabled for the rocketchat mobile app.
Not sure what to check next. Assuming this is a common occurance, is there a guide to fix the push notifications someone can link me to?

- Operating System: redhat9/linux
- Deployment Method: kubernetes
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: whatever the latest helm chart installs
- NodeJS Version: whatever the latest helm chart installs
- MongoDB Version: whatever the latest helm chart installs
- Proxy: reverse-proxy using nginx
- Firewalls involved: n/a, but happy to test if you want to
Any additional Information
I can’t recall any changes since it was last working.
Clicking ‘Send a test push to my user’ says ‘Your push was sent to 1 devices.’
Out at cloud.rocket.chat Push/Notifications show as 0. (not sure if this is updated realtime)

Still no luck, I don’t believe it is a user setting in the app, pretty sure just in general push notifications aren’t working at the server level.
