Push Notifications not working but test push does

Description

Configuration:

General -> Notifications -> ‘Always notify mobile’ is enabled

Push -> enable is on
Push -> Enable Gateway is on
Gateway: https://gateway.rocket.chat

‘Send a test push to my user’ works at IOS smart phone and tablet, but not at desktop app (MacOS)

No notification at any client is received when new message is created in any channel / room

I’m getting a similar issue. Mobile notifications are enabled on mine but test push does not work. Server version is 3.5.1.
