Problem registering workplace for rocket chat test environment


So my organization, Smart Recovery, is setting up two servers each with one instance of Rocket Chat for now, one which represents Production and one which represents Test.

I actually foolishly did the init setup on the production server first and then test, I used the same email which I now assume is bad news, I tried to reset all the setup information using the available UI option on the test server with a new email I created but it isnt triggering the emails I need to be sent to me to properly hook up my test email account and get on the marketplace and rocket chat cloud.

If someone could advise how I could fix it that would be very helpful. Note that I’ve attached screenshots of the two emails I have NOT received at the new email.
