Poor screen resolution RocketChat Electron Client

Description

When using the Application Window for a video chat the resolution is very poor.
Also when sharing a window (desktop sharing). You can’t read anything.

Workaround

Using for the video chat in a browser solve the problem.
The video quality is much better. Also the desktop sharing is fine.

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.5.2
  • Deployment Method: Ubuntu (not snap, not docker)
  • NodeJS Version: 14.21.3
  • MongoDB Version: 5.0.14

Client Information

  • Client Operating Systems: macOS, Windows, Linux
  • Version: 3.9.11 (also 3.9.10)

Please provide a new client fixing this problem soon.

Same here: Desktop screen sharing with Jitsi has poor resolution when using Rocketchat Electron client

The problem isn’t solved with client version 3.9.12 .

Can someone from Rocket.Chat comment on this case please.
