Description
Hi all, since FB integration into Livechat/Omnichannel we have used it and i must say: work as well. But now i have too many problems about agent assign or department assign because we have many Facebook account integrated with Omnichannel, 5 FB account, and cannot use rules to assign specific FB page at specific department. Then FB chat goes at one random agent and not to, as i wish, at one specific department like the web pluging.
Any help? Thanks.
