I don’t know if this is the right place to mention a potential problem with the rocket.chat website. I’ve posted multiple contact forms on the https://rocket.chat website over the past several days to ask to speak to someone about the Omnichannel products, but I don’t think the forms are working. I am not getting any response emails. The form on the pricing page gives me an error that one of the fields is not filled out, when it is. The form on the contact page reloads the page after I submit it, but does not provide any success or fail message.
I can’t find a direct email address for the sales team.
Can someone help me out?
Is there a problem with the website forms?
