No push notifications

Description

We have a self-managed RC instance, 70 users and ~14000 messages since installation.
Push notifications are enabled as default, and worked at the beginning
The free community edition allows 10000 notifications per month, so why does this feature not working anymore?
Any ideas or hints?
what requirements are necessary for this function?

-ok, the server is registered in the cloud and the connection is established.
-push notes + gateway are active
-checkbox production is greyed-out! …why?
-the cloud workspace shows 3/10000 notifications…but when sending a direct message, there is no notification!

As mentioned here:

is a gateway required? what is this gateway under a free manual installation?

seems to work now…after updating from 3.12 to 3.16 the “production” entry was active.
only there is a little time-delay between the message and the pushup on mobile

Yes I think there a few issues that have been fixed.

I am not sure how you can control the delay - there is a fairly complicated sequence to work out if a push should be sent or not!
