New RocketChat starter plan with up to 50 users

Please tell us more about the new starter plan in RocketChat.
With up to 50 users we can join the starter plan.
How is this counted ?
Is it the total I can see in the overview of the workspace ?
At the the moment we have 54 users total.
But just 39 users who are activated and 13 users who are deactivated.
The deactivated ones are users who have left the company.
But we don’t want to delete them because we think the database could be inconsistent.

So our question: Are the 54 or 39 users relevant for using the starter plan ?

Should only be active users.

I will try and check with the team.

Have you checcked this already ? Any news on this ?

Nope. As and when I’m afraid.

Folks, this is on our team radar. I’m unsure myself, but will get back to you soon.

Hello, @moell9!

Deactivated users do not occupy seats. If you have 39 active users, you can migrate to the Starter Plan :rocket:

To do so, you must log in to your Cloud Account, click on the kebab menu of your workspace ( ), and Click on the button “Upgrade to Starter.”

Please check the screenshots below and let us know if you have any questions

Hi Barbara,
these are good news, thank you very much.
We are still on version 6.10.6, but we plan to update soon to version 7.
Is the new starter pan with 50 users also valid with the older version, or just up to the new one ?
Regards
Andreas

Hi, can we alreday do this with 6.10.6 ? Or do we have to wait until we have updates to version 7 ?

I think this is with V7.
