Restoring Starter Plan on Self-Hosted Workspace

Description

Hi, I accidentally switched from the Starter Plan to the Community subscription on my self-hosted Rocket.Chat. How can I revert back to the Starter Plan? Any guidance is appreciated!

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.6.0
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Deployment Method: tar
  • Number of Running Instances: 1

Did you ever figure this out? Did the same mistake…

Can you go to cloud and try to ‘Subscribe’ ?

I suspect you need to try Pro and then it should revert to starter after 30 days.

How does one start a pro trial? I only see the option to upgrade to 26 paid seats.

Starter only goes up to 25 seats IIRC.

For 26 you need a Pro subscription.

We only have 6 seats used. The thing is, when I go to update to pro, it wants me to buy 26 seats immediately.

Ah I see.

Hmmm. I’ll try and ask the team. Plesse be patient.

Folks, can you please share the Workspace URL and Workspace ID?
will require a manual intervention from internal team and we need these info to do it.

I also have the deployment ID if you need that as well.
