Forward conversation from Bot to Agent

I am testing a chatbot using DialogFlow, along with the WhatApp application. Both are integrated into RocketChat. It works flawless outside the box! Very nice, thank you for such an amazing work.

RocketChat version: 5.1.0 (Helm chart installation)
Dialogflow App version: 1.2.5
Whatsapp App version: 2.1.4

My question is related to the LiveChat agent forwardading… When an intent is not found in the Dialogflow motor, **how can the DialogFlow bot user forwards the conversation to a “real” agent in the LiveChat ** ?
