It's possible to update tokens from visitors on omnichannel?

Description

I would like to know if it is possible to update token from visitor on livechat.

WHY?

We are using email inboxes in Live Chat and would like to merge history with the same users but who have contacted from channels other than email. That way we would be able to keep the history of the same visitor but who came into contact with different channels.

context:
We have three communication channels for transhipment on rocketchat: Messenger, Instagram and Whatsapp.
So, in all of them, we use the same token for the same users who are identified so we can keep the chat history up to date, but that came from different channels. With the email, this question arose because we didn’t create the visitor, it’s automatic

if not possible, is there any way to merge chat history when email inboxes token is auto-generated and i can’t change it?
