I’m trying to implement RocketChat with Omnichannel (Livechat), but the Livechat widget is giving me some troubles. I believe these are bugs, but I want to make sure that some of you are also facing these problems so that I can be sure it’s not just my implementation.
Two of these issues were actually reported by other uses in Rocket.Chat.Livechat’s GitHub and one of them by me. The issues are:

Are these actually bugs? Can you think of any workarounds?
