Is it possible to prohibit sending DMs between "user" roles?

Description

I would like to allow sending DMs only between me (“admin” role) and users (“user” role).
Is it possible to prohibit sending DMs between users ?
I could not find such settings in the UI.

There is currently no way that I know of to implement this.

This request has been mentioned as part of a larger epic (actually a couple of epics) over on the Rocket.Chat GitHub side… (https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/658). Go though that and up-vote them and hopefully we can get the feature added.
