Direct Message between certain role constellations

Hello,
due to corona crisis we startet a rocket chat-server for our school. We do not want the students to start direct messages between themselves. But the students should send direct messages to their teachers. Is it possible to allow a specific role (student) to start direct messages only with an other specific role (teacher)?
