False error Workspace Version Unsupported

Hello

Today we received this message in Rocket Chat client: is running an unsupported version of Rocket.Chat
Installed Version 7.13.4 EOL Aug 2026
Could you please tell me why this message came up and how to solve this issue?

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.13.4
  • Operating System: Debian 11
  • NodeJS Version: 22.16
  • MongoDB Version: 7

Probably an issue at their end.

Server has to get hold of a check file (I forget the name but have a search as this has happened before - your logs will also tell you) from their server.

Also note 7.13 is EOL at the end of June.
