Refresh on that page and Subscribe, Sync Licence Update

Hi!
Thanks for the fast answer. Sorry, next time, I will provide more information.
I am getting the mails from cloud@rocket.chat “X days left to update server”

Hi there workspace admin,

Your Rocket.Chat workspace named Rocket.Chat configured to be accessed at server is currently running v6.9.1 which is outside of our support window.

I have synced license update. (Had done this some days ago as well, but still got further mails, telling me , that today (01/02/2025) nothing will work anymore.)

But yes, it seems, as everything is still working. So maybe there is no problem there (except these mails).

I also notice, that on market place, I cannot use the installed apps anymore (giphy, poll). I thought, that it had also something to do with the unsupported version, because I saw an unsupported message in the marketplace as well. However, now I get a message when I try to enable those apps: “Apps_Error_The App had compiler errors, can not enable it.”
Are these apps not supported anymore with the actual version?
Kind regards

Update:
I have just seen in the logs:
Dec 29 12:00:20 SERVER rocketchat[180139]: {"level":50,"time":"2024-12-29T12:00:20.070Z","pid":180139,"hostname":"SERVER","name":"System","msg":"Failed to communicate with Rocket.Chat Cloud","url":"https://releases.rocket.chat/v2/server/supportedVersions","err":{"type":"AbortError","message":"The user aborted a request.","stack":"AbortError: The user aborted a request.\n at abort (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/node-fetch/lib/index.js:1458:16)\n at AbortSignal.abortAndFinalize (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/node-fetch/lib/index.js:1473:4)\n at AbortSignal.dispatchEvent (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/event-target-shim/src/event-target.mjs:337:35)\n at abortSignal (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/abort-controller/src/abort-signal.ts:68:12)\n at AbortController.abort (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/abort-controller/src/abort-controller.ts:26:9)\n at Timeout.<anonymous> (/opt/Rocket.Chat/programs/server/npm/node_modules/@rocket.chat/server-fetch/src/index.ts:43:48)\n at listOnTimeout (node:internal/timers:581:17)\n at processTimers (node:internal/timers:519:7)","name":"AbortError"}}

This might be the reason for this problem. Any suggestions? Is there a problem with the installation? Or with the firewall? But the system was running normal before the update, so I guess it is not the firewall.

Thanks for your help!

It needs to be able to connect to this url.

https://releases.rocket.chat/v2/server/supportedVersions

You need to fix that. You haven’t provided enough info to say more.
