Facebook Messenger usability


Hello friends, how are you? I have a small doubt…

On the RocketChat Omnichannel page (), Facebook Messenger is only available for Enterprise installations, but on the RocketChat apps page already installed, the option to use the application through monthly payments appears.



Is this really possible or is it some inconsistency in the information?

I appreciate your help.

Where are you seeing that it is Enterprise Only? As that documentation is incorrect (please provide me a link).

We recently switched it over from Enterprise Only and now anyone can use it for $25 a month.

That information is all correct. It is available for $25 a month if you are not an enterprise paying customer. If you are paying for enterprise, the Facebook Messenger app is included.


I was confused with both information.
