Hey guys, I know rocketchat allows us to set email templates for certain “events” such as registration and email address changes and stuff but I was wondering whether the following is possible:
To change the templates sent depending on some variable. So for example, having two different templates for email address changed.
Is this possible? It doesn’t seem like it…
Would you recommend me to set up some webhooks and direct them to my own server and use my own mailer? The issue with this is that RC only appears to have limited events that trigger webhooks such as
Could I add custom events and trigger webhooks on those?
